“Little Italy” in Benalmádena Marina: An Opportunity to Discover Italian Culture
On the 10th, 11th and 12th May, Benalmádena Marina will host a new event called “Little Italy”, an opportunity for visitors to get to know Italian culture through its gastronomy, fashion, art and folklore.
Organised by the “Italiano Vero” collective who are dedicated to the promotion of Italian culture throughout Europe, “Little Italy” will offer local residents and visitors a little piece of Italy in our Marina, as well as help raise awareness of the Benalmádena’s spectacular Marina in Italy. From the 8th March to the 24th March, locals and visitors to Fuengirola will be able to sample tasty traditional Mediterranean casserole dishes – including yummy ‘lentejas’ and ‘callos’- just like the local’s Grandmas used to make (or still do!). 
We’re just a couple of days away from the start of the first edition of the Benalmadena Pueblo Craft Beer Festival, ‘Birra&Art’. From the 27th to the 29th July, from 7:00 pm to 01:00 am, visitors will be able to enjoy a wide variety of craft beers, exquisite gastronomy and live music.
This year’s programme pays tribute to the musical fusion of flamenco, jazz, classical and experimental music with an impressive lineup of musicians including Tito García González, Carmen Escobar, Antonio Lizana Ensemble, the Málaga Philharmonic Orchestra, the Insostenible Big Band and many more… 
Presented by one of the Coast’s most popular entertainers (and Sunset Beach Club resident performer), Ricky Lavazza, and with special guest, Karen Danzig, you’re guaranteed a fun evening of fabulous music and dancing to songs from your favourite classic films. Not only will you be treated to a fantastic selection of movie hits but there’s also a ‘surprise’ closing act where Ricky and several volunteers – including Sunset Beach Club staff- will be performing a Full Monty tribute!
