Planning your Wedding in Spain
There is a lot to think about when planning your wedding, whether you are getting married at home or abroad! We understand that you want the day to be as perfect and problem-free as possible, so we have prepared a step-by-step guide to take the stress out of planning your big day here in Spain.
Before Your Wedding
To make sure your wedding day runs smoothly here are the main things you will need to think about before your Wedding Day:
 | Your Ceremony
We can help you with choosing a ceremony that is right for you, and give you information for whether you are looking for a Church Ceremony, Civil Ceremony or a Beachfront Blessing.
|  | Your Wedding Date
After choosing your type of ceremony, you will need to set a date. If you are having a church ceremony you will need to check that this date is available with the church, and if you are having a beachfront blessing, you will need to check that this date is available with the hotel and priest.
|  | Your Accomodation
Once the date is set, you will be able to arrange your flights and accommodation. We can block-book hotel rooms and any car hire/transport for you and your guests, which can then be confirmed nearer to the time. Also on your wedding night the bride and groom are able to enjoy the luxuries of our honeymoon suite.
|  | Your Wedding Reception
You will also need to think about your Wedding Reception, where you would like to host it and what menus you would like to offer. Sunset Beach Club offer a choice of Reception Venues, either al-fresco or in a stunning banquet room with panoramic sea views. Your menu can be as simple or extravagant as you wish. A simple buffet or sumptuous menu can be prepared by our excellent team of chefs, and presented with flair and imagination. After your meal, dancing to live music or DJs will keep you and your guests entertained for the rest of the evening, and often well into the early hours!
|  | Your Extras
Your wedding planner will be able to offer information for many other Wedding Services, such as transport to and from the church. she will also be able to recommend local florists and photographers as well as help you choose the entertainment for your reception.
|  | Your Bridal Hair & Make-up
You may wish to have a pre-wedding day hair and make-up trial, this is no problem and can be booked in advance at the Sunset Beach Club Hair & Beauty Salon.

On the Wedding Day
Our hotel Hair & Beauty Salon will take care of all hair and make-up requirements of the bride and her maids. Ruth Hopper (previously of Peter Marks, Ireland) and her team of hair stylists are here at Sunset Beach Club to make sure that you look and feel a million dollars on your wedding day, and also offer a practise hair-up and make-up service.
We can arrange for transportation for your your guests, if required, to your chosen venue, and a pre-booked photographer will record every aspect of your wedding day. The Sunset Beach Club Wedding Planner will be on hand throughout the day, to ensure that all runs smoothly, leaving the Bride and Groom to enjoy their Special Day here in Benalmadena.
After the Ceremony
After your wedding ceremony, you will be able to relax and enjoy your Wedding Reception. On the wedding night the bride and groom will be upgraded to our Luxurious Bridal Suite, Where we will cater to your every whim. You will also be given the option of being included in our Sunset Bride Gallery webpage.
