At Sunset Beach Club our great value winter offers from November to March attract Senior guests, golfers and families with young children who don't have to plan their holidays around school holidays! Indeed the Costa del Sol offers a very relaxed type of holiday in these months, where beaches, shops and roads are considerably quieter than in the summer, yet clear skies and warm days are still the norm.
Senior Services
From the warm welcome at reception, 24 hour security, on-site medical centre, in-house supermarket and bakery, and comfortable accommodation, senior visitors will find everything they need at Sunset Beach Club. Our entertainment team turn their attentions to our over 50s, organizing winter activities such as exercise classes, darts, cooking lessons, petanca, sjoelen and much more!
Every evening there is live entertainment in the Oasis Restaurant, where you can dine in style before taking to the dance floor.
Our leisure desk staff are on hand to help with booking of excursions, golf and car hire, and provide a wealth of local information, such as bus timetables, market days, places to visit and things to see.

Club, we offer some great Winter Bridge Packages , which include a
private function room, or private area in
which to play, complete with card tables and refreshments.
Large
groups and inter-society competitions are also welcome, and we will
gladly arrange for catering according to your requirements and budget.
Our comfortable one bedroom apartments are great for couples, and are
very well priced in the Winter to cater for single occupancy too. So

The City of Málaga is only a short drive from Sunset Beach Club, where you will find many historical buildings, churches and monuments, as well as the Picasso museum. A little further afield, we can book day excursions to the cities of Sevilla, Granada and Córdoba from the Leisure Desk.However, for many the best way to discover Andalucia is to hire a car and meander through the countryside visiting the many interesting castles, villages and markets on the way. Andalucia is at its prettiest during the winter months, when a scattering of rain has turned the countryside green.

Our brand new beach promenade is perfect for a stroll at any time of day during the Winter. Bright sunny days and warm temperatures provide the perfect climate for walking alongside the Mediterranean Ocean, and it can even be hot enough in January, February and March to sunbathe! The high season for golf is between October to May, when clear blue skies prevail, and temperatures generally settle around 19ºC, although you can also expect some sunbathing weather in between! | Dine Al Fresco
Weather permitting, the Terrace Restaurant at Sunset Beach Club is open throughout the year, enabling our guests to dine "al fresco" even in low season, and make the most of the Costa del Sol's fantastic winter sunshine. During the autumn months of September, October and even November the weather is often conducive to sunbathing! Although usually a little cooler, it can also be pleasant to sit under the terrace or by the pool in December, January, February and March.

 | Shop 'til you drop!
Winter time is great for shopping on the Costa del Sol. The January sales are a great time to pick up bargains in Málaga or in the nearby El Corte Inglés centre in Fuengirola. The local markets are also ideal to pick up treats and gifts to take home, and provide the opportunity to go on a mini-excursion. And of course, don't forget to visit our new jewellery & clothes shops on the first floor of Sunset Beach Club!
