The all important Chef has already been hired and will start work next week. He\u2019s got a week to get his new kitchen organisedand put the finishing touches to the menu before opening the restaurant to the public.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Our First Beach Wedding of the Season<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Although Luna Beach is not officially open, we celebrated our first beach wedding of the season at this fantastic beach side location. I\u2019ll be sure to post some of the photos on the blog next week.<\/p>\n<p>So don\u2019t forget: Luna Beach opens on Monday 9<sup>th<\/sup> May, 2011.
