This year, the fun begins on Saturday the 6<sup>th<\/sup> October and ends on Friday the 12<sup>th<\/sup> October &#8211; Those are the official dates but as you\u2019ll see below, there are events planned on the 13<sup>th<\/sup> and 14<sup>th<\/sup> October too!<\/p>\n<p>Know as the \u2018Feria del Rosario\u2019, this is one of the last big fairs of the season and is famous for its amazing horse shows and displays.<\/p>\n<p>Below we\u2019ve included a list of \u2013 what we believe \u2013 are some of the highlights of the Fuengirola Fair and events you may just want to go along and see.\u00a0<!--more--><\/p>\n<p><strong>Saturday 6<sup>th<\/sup> October<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>6pm<\/strong>: Bullfighting with 3 top matadors: Manuel D\u00edaz \u201cEl Cordob\u00e9s\u201d, Juan Jos\u00e9 Padilla, David Fandila \u201cEl Fandi\u201d<\/li>\n<li><strong>10:30pm<\/strong>: Official opening of the fair and the artistic lighting display.<\/li>\n<li><strong>11pm<\/strong>: Fuengirola Municipal Choir and Dance Group perform in the Palacio de la Paz\u2013 Free Entrance<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Sunday 7<sup>th<\/sup> October<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>8am<\/strong>: \u2018Suelta de vaquillas\u2019 in the bullring (lots of baby bulls running around freely with locals trying to dodge them\u2026 fun to watch but we don\u2019t recommend you try it!) \u2013 Entrance fee \u20ac3.<\/li>\n<li><strong>10:30am<\/strong>: \u2018Misa Flamenca\u2019 (Flamenco Mass) followed by the procession of \u2018Nuestra Sra. Del Rosario\u2019 the fair\u2019s patron saint through the streets of Fuengirola.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Monday 8<sup>th<\/sup> October<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>6pm<\/strong>: Comic Bullfighting Show \u2018Popeye Bullfighter and his 8 Dwarfs\u2019 in the Fuengirola Bullring \u2013 Entrance is \u20ac10.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Tuesday 9<sup>th<\/sup> October<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>5pm<\/strong>: Equestrian Procession in the \u2018Plaza Antonio Jos\u00e9 Gal\u00e1n\u2019 in Fuengirola\u2019s main fair ground.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Wednesday 10<sup>th<\/sup> October<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Children\u2019s Day<\/strong> with all funfair rides at 50% discount<\/li>\n<li><strong>6pm<\/strong>: Children\u2019s party with musical show, magic and various fun workshops (Face painting, tattoos, balloons)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Friday 12<sup>th<\/sup> October<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>6pm<\/strong>: Amazing Bullfight on Horseback in the Fuengirola Bullring \u2013 Tickets from \u20ac30<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Saturday 13<sup>th<\/sup> October<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>12pm<\/strong>: Horse dressage exhibition in the Bullring \u2013 Entrance fee just \u20ac3<\/li>\n<li><strong>6pm:<\/strong> Horse and Carriage exhibition in the Bullring \u2013 Entrance fee just \u20ac3<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Are you planning on going to the Fuengirola Fair this year?
