Have you got any plans for St.Patrick\u2019s Day?<\/p>\n

It\u2019s a pretty big deal here with lots of special events and celebrations taking place up and down the Coast. Below we\u2019ve included some of the more popular celebrations taking place:<\/p>\n

#1 \u00a0Sunset Beach Club\u2019s St. Patrick\u2019s Day Dinner<\/strong><\/p>\n

We\u2019re an Irish owned hotel so our St. Patrick\u2019s Day<\/strong> is an important event on our calendar. As there are lots of activities and events taking place during the day in the centre of town (see below), we\u2019ve saved our celebrations for Sunday evening.<\/p>\n

The fun starts at 6.30pm with Happy Hour<\/strong> where you\u2019ll be able to get two pints of Guinness for the price of one and free smoked salmon canap\u00e9s!<\/p>\n

From 8.00pm you can head down to the Oasis Restaurant for a delicious and typical Irish meal including Potato and Leek soup and traditional Irish lamb stew. There will also be live music with the talented Ricky Lavazza so expect lots of dancing!<\/p>\n

#2 Discover the Magic of St.Patrick\u2019s Day at the Miramar Shopping Centre\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n

This is a great option if you have kids with you. Although we\u2019re not too sure the Miramar Shopping Centre is celebrating St. Patrick\u2019s Day on the 16th<\/sup> March, it\u2019s probably a good thing as it means you\u2019ll be able to celebrate two days running!<\/p>\n

Here\u2019s the program of events at the Miramar so that you can plan your afternoon:<\/p>\n

5.00pm to 7pm<\/strong>: The Chocolate Cauldron \u2013 Children\u2019s handicrafts workshop with leprechauns!<\/p>\n

6.30pm to 7.00pm<\/strong>: The End of the Rainbow Parade<\/p>\n

7.00pm to 7.30pm<\/strong>: Irish folk music with RRRadio Gee<\/p>\n

7:00pm to 7.30pm<\/strong>: Beer Tasting \u2013 Don\u2019t miss the typical St. Patrick\u2019s Day green beers.<\/p>\n

7.30pm to 8.00pm<\/strong>: The End of the Rainbow Parade (Second showing)<\/p>\n

8.00pm to 8.30pm<\/strong>: Irish Music with RRRadio Gee<\/p>\n

#3 St.Patrick\u2019s Day Parade in Arroyo de la Miel<\/strong><\/p>\n

This is one of the most popular events on the St. Patrick\u2019s Day calendar, a celebration which in recent years has attracted more than 1000 people!<\/p>\n

There will be mass in the Carmen Church in Bonanza Square at 1pm. After mass, the parade will head down to the Paloma Park Fairground for a big St. Patrick\u2019s Day bash with live music, Irish Dancing, delicious food and, of course, lots of drink! It\u2019s bound to be a great afternoon so make sure you don\u2019t miss it \ud83d\ude42<\/p>\n

When the fun in Paloma Park is over (normally around 6.00pm) don\u2019t forget to head back to Sunset Beach Club<\/span> <\/a>for Happy Hour and St. Patrick\u2019s Dinner!<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
