This summer one of our colleagues braved the hot weather to visit Fuengirola’s famous zoo, Bioparc; he tells us it was definitely worth the sacrifice \ud83d\ude09<\/p>\n

Who would have thought that you could find such a beautiful spot full of the most fascinating wildlife in the centre of town. Although the park is quite small, don’t let this put you off. The design and layout of the park is spectacular and at times you really do feel as if you are walking through the jungles of Asia or the African Savanna.<\/p>\n

In the photos below you’ll see a small sample of the animals and birdlife that inhabit Bioparc. You’ll notice that a lot of effort has gone into creating installations and scenery which mimic the animals natural habitat; the tiger’s area is absolutely amazing!<\/p>\n

If you’ve yet to visit Bioparc, we hope these photos will help convince you to visit next time you are on holiday on the Costa del Sol \ud83d\ude42<\/p>\n
