On the 22nd<\/sup> and 23rd<\/sup> November our Moonlight Bar will host the 6th<\/sup> edition of \u2018Blues at Moonlight\u2019<\/strong>, a festival which offers a mix of rockabilly and music with true American roots.<\/p>\n

Organised and produced by Active Sound Productions, this year\u2019s event will feature an impressive line up of musicians flying in from all over Europe<\/strong> especially to take part in this festival.<\/p>\n

Bands and musicians taking part include Mouse Zinn \u201cVigilante Man\u201d (London), Kick\u2019em Jenny (London), Lord Rochester (Scotland) and Louderdales (Germany)<\/strong>. The local music scene is also well represented with 3 groups from Andaluc\u00eda: The Sun Rockets (Almer\u00eda), The Wild Shakers (M\u00e1laga\/C\u00f3rdoba) and Ric\u2019 & The Rocks (M\u00e1laga).<\/p>\n

As well as the fantastic line up of bands, there will also be 6 of the best DJ\u2019s from Rockabilly and American roots scene<\/strong>: DJ Mark Lamborn (London), DJ Crackzorla (Barcelona), DJ Bop-Hop (Sevilla), DJ Deborah DevoBot (M\u00e1laga), DJ David Mockingbird (C\u00e1diz) and DJ Tall Mike (Marbella).<\/p>\n

On Saturday the 23rd\u00a0November at 4:00pm, Buddy Holly<\/strong> fans will be treated to a great tribute act by \u2018Stars in Their Eyes\u2019 winner, Buddy Walker. This will take place on the terrace of the Oasis Restaurant and is free for all hotel guests and anyone with a weekend pass to the Festival.<\/strong><\/p>\n

Each and every one of these artists will be delighting spectators with their very own interpretations of authentic and genuine Rockabilly and music with American roots.<\/p>\n

We must highlight the appearance of the great Mouse Zinn,<\/strong> lead singer of bands like Red Hot \u2018n\u2019 Blue and the Space Cadets, and one of the most influential musicians and DJ\u2019s in the international Rockabilly music scene.<\/p>\n
