Benalmadena<\/strong> has always been known as a sun and sea destination, attracting visitors from all over Europe in the warmer high season months.<\/p>\n

During the quieter winter period, demand and interest for the resort suffers an important drop. The winter months \u2013 although offering the warmest and sunniest weather in continental Europe<\/strong> \u2013 do not provide the ideal conditions for your typical beach holiday.<\/p>\n

We recently published a blog post which detailed some of the amazing walking and hiking routes in Benalmadena<\/a>, <\/span><\/b>and how the local council has invested heavily in improving these routes offering winter visitors and nature lovers a wonderful activity during their holiday.<\/p>\n

In a new effort to promote Benalmadena as a unique and value-for-money destination<\/strong>\u00a0to travellers searching for some winter sun, the Council \u2013 through its Tourism department \u2013 has recently come to an agreement with local tourism businesses to offer visitors special activities packages providing rest and relaxation.<\/p>\n

According to the Tourism Councillor, Adolfo Fern\u00e1ndez, one of the first packages to be made available will be the \u2018Relax Tour\u2019<\/strong> which includes a boat trip; a guided bus tour of Benalm\u00e1dena and the possibility to enjoy a thermal spa session<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

The \u2018Relax Tour\u2019 Package will be available thanks to the collaboration of three local companies: Costasol Cruceros, Bus City Sightseeing and Renova Termal. For just \u20ac20, you\u2019ll be able to enjoy the following:<\/strong><\/p>\n
