Benalm\u00e1dena Marina is getting ready to host another edition of a popular gastronomic event\u2026 the Food Truck Experience<\/strong>. It\u2019s the fifth time this unique culinary experience \u2013 which is having great success in other towns and cities – is celebrated here.<\/p>\n

\"foodThe event, which takes place from the 5th<\/sup> to the 7th<\/sup> May<\/strong>, kicks off the \u2018Food Truck Experience\u2019 calendar which has other experiences planned throughout the spring and summer season along the coast. Fancy tasting some of this yummy food? You just need to head down to the parking area of the Marina located next to the new Ferris Wheel from Friday to Sunday. There should be a great buzz down there as the Food Truck Experience also offers live music performances throughout the day.<\/p>\n

For those unfamiliar with the term \u2018Food Truck\u2019, this unique formula for preparing and selling food is having great success in other countries, especially in the United States where you\u2019ll find food trucks on, practically, every street corner.<\/p>\n

Visitors to the event will be able to enjoy the exquisite aromas and tastes of dishes from all over the world, prepared in each of the food trucks by expert chefs. The organisers expect a total of 9 food trucks for this tasty weekend!<\/p>\n

The \u2018Food Truck Experience\u2019 will be open to the public from 1:00pm to midnight each day<\/strong> and will also offer live music throughout the day (see list of performances below). Foodies will also be able to enjoy music sets from a DJ and the little ones will be kept busy in the kid\u2019s area set up next to the main food court area. They’ll also be able to enjoy a special kiddies show for kids on Sunday 7th May at 3:00pm. <\/p>\n

The event features different types of food trucks. There’s one serving sweet treats, another with traditional American hotdogs, Mexican food, Cuban food, Argentinian delicacies, German sausages and the Wok & Roll truck serving Asian noodles and fried rice.
