You can <strong>take lessons or just hire the material<\/strong> and head off yourself. Read on to see all the activities available and prices for lessons and equipment hire.<!--more--><\/p>\n<p>And if you\u2019ve got kids, you might be interested in the <strong>Summer School<\/strong> they have planned for June, July and August. Available in Spanish or English, these week-long summer camps are available from Monday to Friday from 9:00am to 2:00pm each day and are full of exciting activities and workshops which will keep your kids busy and entertained for hours.<\/p>\n<h2><strong>So, what do they offer?<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>If you\u2019ve never tried Stand Up Paddle, Surfing or Longboard Skate, it\u2019s probably a good idea to take a quick lesson to get the feel for it before heading out to sea on your own. If you\u2019re here on holiday and are looking for fun activities for your kids (and a little R&amp;R time for yourselves) this may be the perfect option for you. They offer the option of running the activities in Spanish or English.<\/p>\n<p>The school offers week long courses (5 days) which include eight proposed activities, many of which are educational in nature (see below). The day starts at 9:00am and ends at 2:00pm with an option of including lunch too (lunch is provided by our Oasis Restaurant &#x1f60a;).<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;Here\u2019s a quick breakdown of the daily activities to give you an idea of what to expect.<\/p>\n<h3>Day 1<\/h3>\n<p><strong><em>Activity 1<\/em><\/strong> \u2013 An introduction to water sports which includes practicing in the water with the equipment and materials to be used during the week.<\/p>\n<p><strong><em>Workshop 1<\/em><\/strong> \u2013 Introduction to water sports material (how to wax boards, set up fins, how to put on\/take off wetsuits and lots more).<\/p>\n<h3>Day 2<\/h3>\n<p><strong><em>Activity 2<\/em><\/strong> \u2013 An introduction to Stand-up Paddle. Includes explanation of all the equipment used and a full lesson for beginners.<\/p>\n<p><strong><em>Workshop 2<\/em><\/strong> \u2013 Board spray and repair. Learn spray and free painting techniques to use on boards and how to repair surfboards using solarez and sand paper.<\/p>\n<h3>Day 3<\/h3>\n<p><strong><em>Activity 3<\/em><\/strong> \u2013 Gymkhana (Snorkeling, beach games and standup paddle)<\/p>\n<p><strong><em>Workshop 3<\/em><\/strong> \u2013 A short introduction to the world of fishing, including and explanation of the types of rod and their use, knots and common baits used to catch fish from the beach.<\/p>\n<h3>Day 4<\/h3>\n<p><strong><em>Activity 4<\/em><\/strong> \u2013 Introduction to Longboard Skate. Includes lesson for beginners and all equipment needed (board, protection, etc.).<\/p>\n<p><strong><em>Workshop 4<\/em><\/strong> \u2013 Aquatic and Beach Games. (Beach volleyball, games with water balloons, and more).<\/p>\n<h3>Day 5<\/h3>\n<p><strong><em>Activity 5<\/em><\/strong> \u2013 Competition Day!!! Lots of fun competitions including all the water sports undertaken during the week as well as games in the sand and sea.
