When you visit Sunset Beach Club you\u2019re spoiled for choice with all the fantastic options available for eating and drinking whilst onsite.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

We offer many F&B outlets including restaurants, bars and even a supermarket onsite!<\/p>\n\n\n\n

As part of our commitment towards the environment and sustainability, we are in the process of obtaining the Green Tourism certification. Our Food and Beverage operations are an important part of securing this award and we have to comply in various areas. We\u2019ll go into each of these in the following sections.<\/p>\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n

Local Food & Drink<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n

Promoting local food and drink helps the local economy, reduces carbon emissions from transport of produce and also helps our guests experience and enjoy the taste and flavours this wonderful part of Spain has to offer.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

At Sunset Beach Club many of the products we use in our kitchen are sourced from local suppliers and have the distictive \u2018Sabor a M\u00e1laga\u2019 local seal. For example, most of the bread products you\u2019ll find in our breakfast and evening buffets are made with ingredients 100% sourced in M\u00e1laga.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

If you\u2019ve been to our evening buffet you\u2019ll have seen the new Spanish corner which offers a selection of local \u2018tapas\u2019 including M\u00e1laga \u2018Prolongo\u2019 sausage (salchich\u00f3n), tortilla, and Serrano ham. You\u2019ll also always find the option of a delicious Paella when you dine in the Oasis Restaurant evening buffet. When you choose to eat \u00e0 la carte in the La Terraza Restaurant, you\u2019ll also have a fantastic choice of typical Spanish dishes including Gambas Pil Pil or your choice of fish, vegatarian or mixed (meat & fish) Paella served at your table by one of our friendly and knowledgeable waiters.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Wine lovers are also in for a treat as we stock some amazing  local Malaga wines in our restaurants as well as in our supermarket. Try the Pernales from Ronda, it\u2019s fantastic!<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Vegetarian & Vegan Options<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n

Let\u2019s start with our buffets. During breakfast we have an extensive choice of fresh fruits and salads and at dinner, there\u2019s a great selection of salads, both self-service as well as ready-made mini salads (prawn cocktails, potato salas and more!). At dinner you\u2019ll also have a choice of fish and vegetables as main courses as well as rice, potato or pasta to accompany dishes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Our \u00e0 la carte menu offers selection of vegetarian options including salads, pizzas, spring rolls, pasta dishes, risottos or paella. Please bear in mind that many of the dishes in our menu can also be adapted to vegetarian, you just have to ask your waiter and they\u2019ll speak to the kitchen to prepare something delicious for you.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Whilst Vegan options are more limited, we do have salads, risottos, pasta dishes and hamburgers which are suitable. As with vegetarian dishes, our kitchen team can adapt dishes from our regular menu so that they can be enjoyed by our vegan guests.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Healthy Eating Options<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n

Providing our guests with healthy eating options allows us to help them make informed choices about the food that they choose to eat.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Starting with breakfast, our buffet offers a wide selection of fresh fruit, salad bar and a special detox section with a delicious healthy juice available daily. The bread section has a great selection of breads, including wholemeal and cereal lovers can enjoy healthy options like musli. Most of the hot food options (such as bacon, sausage, and baked tomatoes) are cooked in the oven to reduce oil usage.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

All our evening buffets feature a salad bar and a fresh fruit section, and our hot food section always offers a choice of healthy proteins (fish and meat) alongside vegetables and rice.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

On the \u00e0 la carte menu you\u2019ll find a choice of healthy salads, grilled fish or tasty meats, all sourced locally.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

If you prefer to stay in your apartment and eat in, you can find all you need for a healthy meal in our supermarket located on the first floor: fresh fruit, vegetables, pasta, rice and more!<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Special & Religious Dietary Requirements<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n

We\u2019re aware that many of our guests may have special dietary requirements due to medical conditions or religious reasons. To accommodate these needs, we have special protocols and policies in place.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

All our meats (except pork) come from suppliers with \u2018Halal\u2019 certification so that our Muslim guests can enjoy our tasty meat dishes. Celiac disease is a common problem, and we do our best to ensure they have adequate dining choices when they stay with us. Our breakfast buffet has a dedicated \u2018Gluten Free\u2019 section, and we have \u2018Gluten Free\u2019 dishes available on our \u00e0 la carte menus.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

We are also very conscious of other allergies, especially peanuts. We always ask our guests to let our restaurant team know of any allergies so that we can prepare special dishes for them.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
