- September to May : No shows and cancellations less than 48 hours before arrival will be charged first night. For Cancellations with more than 48 hours notice there is no charge.
- June to August : No shows and cancellations less than 7 days before arrival will be charged first three nights. For Cancellations with more than 7 days notice there is no charge.
- Any applicable charges will be charged to the credit card given at time of making reservation. If this card is not valid, we will contact customer to obtain new credit card details.
- Special conditions may apply to group bookings & packages
When you have cancelled your booking online, you should receive a Cancellation Reference number by email. Please keep this as proof of cancellation. If you do not have this reference number, then your reservation will still be considered to be confirmed and a "no-show" charge may apply.
