Booking Cancellations & Modifications
If you made your booking online directly with the hotel through the Sunset Beach Club website, please click here to modify or cancel your reservation.
If you booked with the hotel directly by email or phone, and wish to make any changes to your reservation, please contact us directly:

Below are our Standard* Booking Conditions for when you Book Direct with Sunset Beach Club either Online, by Phone or by Email. Conditions vary according to date of arrival.
- Winter (from January to March 2021): you can cancel up to 48 hours before arrival free of charge. In case of late cancellation or no-shows, only 1 night will be charged.
- Spring (April and May 2021): you can cancel up to 7 days 48 hours before arrival free of charge. In case of late cancellation or no-shows, only 1 night will be charged (provisional).
- Summer (June, July and August 2021): you can cancel up to 14 days prior to arrival free of charge. In case of late cancellation or no-shows, first 3 nights will be charged.
- Autumn (September and October 2012): you can cancel up to 7 days before arrival free of charge. In case of late cancellation or no-shows, only 1 night will be charged.
*Please note that different Conditions may apply for special offers/tariffs, Promo Code bookings, and for groups or package rates. The Booking Conditions for your own booking will be on your Email Confirmation. Please ask the Help Desk if you are not sure.
Any applicable charges will be charged to the credit card given at time of making reservation. If this card is not valid, we will contact customer to obtain new credit card details.
When you have cancelled your booking online, you should receive a Cancellation Reference number by email. Please keep this as proof of cancellation. If you do not have this reference number, then your reservation will still be considered to be confirmed and a "no-show" charge may apply.
