If you find a better rate, we’ll match it!  Yes, when you book direct on, you know you’re getting the best rates available. We guarantee this, and if you find a lower, qualifying rate published on another site within 24 hours of booking, we will be happy to match it.

What you must do to qualify for Sunset Beach Club’s Best Rate Guarantee:

If you find a publicly available and immediately bookable rate on the Internet that is lower than the room rate available for the same reservation that you have already booked directly through our website (i.e. same hotel, same room type, same number of guests, same arrival and departure dates, same board type, same services, same payment method, same cancellation policies and booking conditions), you must submit your claim request using the online form within 24 hours of booking at and finding the Competing Rate.

Before submitting your Claim:

Please review carefully the rate, minimum stay and cancellation policies for your own booking through against the Competing Rate before making a claim. For example, make sure that you are not claiming after the free cancellation period (if applicable), as cancellation fees may apply, and also ensure that the same payment terms apply to both rates. Ensure that the Competing Rate does not incur additional obligatory fees, services or charges during the booking process, such as credit card fees, insurance, transfers, supplements and any other charges. In case multiple rates are available on for your stay, you must reserve the lowest rate to be eligible under the Best Rate Guarantee. The Competing Rate must be quoted in Euros.

To submit a claim:
Complete our online claim form iafter booking on within 24 hours of booking on and finding the Competing Rate online.

In case of a successful claim:
If Sunset Beach Club confirms the availability of the Competing Rate on the internet, your direct booking with Sunset Beach Club will be amended and charged at the proven and confirmed Competing Rate.  For bookings made with payment on arrival at Sunset Beach Club, the revised lower rate, i.e. that of the Competing Rate, will be confirmed by email in advance, and payable on arrival.
For bookings where pre-payment has been made in part or in full, Sunset Beach Club will arrange to refund or give credit on arrival for the difference between the rate booked on and the Competing Rate, where appropriate.

The Best Rate Guarantee does not apply to:

  • Claims submitted after free cancellation period (if applicable).
  • Rates that are found offline (not on the internet)
  • Websites where the hotel name is not known until booking is finalized.
  • Rates that cannot be booked immediately online, and are therefore subject to availability. For example, some third party websites invite booking enquiries on a request basis, or do not issue an email confirmation immediately upon submission of the reservation. These sites are not immediately bookable and are therefore not valid.
  • Websites that sell the accommodation along with other services or activities, such as flights, excursions, transfers, rentals, holiday vouchers, and others, whether the accommodation and/or services are individually itemized on the quote or not.
  • Rates that require a Promotional Code during the booking process.
  • Rates that require a membership or online registration, whether this is subscribed to or created in advance, upon booking, and with or without paying a fee.
  • Negotiated rates with Tour Operators, Travel Agencies, Groups, Corporate Accounts or Associate Companies, that are not publicly available.
  • Preferential rates for FBD Insurance customers/members.
  • Third party quotes that do not have transparent booking conditions or room descriptions that Sunset Beach Club can check or verify like-for-like against conditions.
  • Rate disparities due to exchange rate fluctuations.
  • Rate disparities of less than 2€ per room per night.
  • Rates that are offered by owners of private apartments within the property.
  • A claim may be invalidated if you make any changes to the reservation after the claim is submitted and approved.
  • Sunset Beach Club reserves the right to deny a claim in the case where the third party website has an accidental error, including but not limited to data input errors or technical malfunctions, for example if a decimal point is in the wrong place, or pricing shown is for a different accommodation other than that intended (wrong room type or wrong hotel).

Best Rate Guarantee Policy – Disputes and Decisions
The Best Rate Guarantee Policy is an internal policy of Sunset Beach Club and all decisions are at the discretion of Sunset Beach Club. The Best Rate Guarantee Policy may be amended or revoked at any time, without prior notice. Any disputes will be resolved directly between the claimant and Sunset Beach Club. In case of continued dispute, the applicable law will be that of Andalucia.
