If you made your booking online directly with the hotel through the Sunset Beach Club website, please click here to modify or cancel your reservation.

Cancellation Policy


The Cancellation Policy which applies to your own booking will be on your Email Confirmation.

For GUIDELINE PURPOSES only, here are standard booking conditions for when you Book Direct with Sunset Beach Club either Online, by Phone or by Email.  Cancellation Policies can vary according to date of arrival and/or date the booking is made, and are subject to change without notice.

  • January (except Christmas/New Year*) :
    Cancel free up to 48 hours before arrival. Late cancellation or no-show, 1 night will be charged.
  • February, March, April (except Easter*) :
    Cancel free up to 7 days before arrival. Late cancellations or no-shows, 3 nights will be charged.
  • May :
    Cancel free up to 14 days before arrival. Late cancellations or no-shows, 3 nights will be charged.
  • June, July & August:
    Cancel free up to 30 days before arrival. Late cancellations or no-shows, 3 nights will be charged.
  • September, October :
    Cancel free up to 14 days before arrival. Late cancellations or no-shows, 3 nights will be charged.
  • November :
    Cancel free up to 7 days before arrival. Late cancellations or no-shows, 3 nights will be charged.
  • December (except Christmas/New Year*) :
    Cancel free up to 48 hours before arrival. Late cancellations or no-shows, 1 night will be charged.
  • *Christmas/New Year & *Easter:
    Cancel free up to 14 days before arrival. Late cancellations or no-shows, 3 nights will be charged.

Any applicable charges will be charged to the credit card given at time of making reservation. If this card is not valid, we will contact you to obtain new credit card details.

When you have cancelled your booking online, you should receive a Cancellation Reference number by email.  Please keep this as proof of cancellation.  If you do not have this reference number, then your reservation will still be considered confirmed and a "no-show" charge may apply.

Booking conditions are subject to change.  See your online booking confirmation for details. If you think you may have been charged an incorrect No-Show or Cancellation Fee, please complete this Refund Claim Form.

If you booked with a Third-Party Agency, Tour Operator or Website, please contact them directly if you wish to make any changes to your reservation.
