This is due to changes in visitor profiles, as well as the differing weather; But fear not, our flexible services and facilities adjust accordingly.
Spring & Easter
For many, the best time of year to visit Benalmádena Costa is during the Spring. April and May generally see mild sunny days, where a vest or short-sleeved t-shirt and shorts are the order of the day, and eating outside in the sunshine is a must! The Costa del Sol in general is quieter than Summer, so this is also a great time to visit local markets, towns and Andalucia cities, and also for families with toddlers and babies to enjoy the outdoor lifestyle without the Summer heat.
Summer Holidays & Half Terms
In the Summer time and during school holidays, Sunset Beach Club is popular with families, and is perfect for mixing a bit of relaxation with great fun and entertainment! A holiday which mixes the convenience of self-catering apartment-style accommodation with 4* hotel services and onsite bars & restaurants is definitely a winning combination. Autumn
In the Autumn, golfers start their descent on the 'Costa del Golf'. The sunshine and mild temperatures also attract visitors looking to enjoy sight-seeing day trips and excursions to discover some of Andalucia's hidden treasures. This is also a great time of year for couples & young families to enjoy a holiday that is slightly less frantic than the height of Summer!
In Autumn, you can enjoy local town “ferias”, with horse parades in the streets by day, and fairground attractions open in the evenings for the traditional partying and dancing until the early hours.

Winter
Winter is a popular time for couples and groups who can travel off season and wish to enjoy a more laid-back holiday. It's a great time of year to take advantage of the fantastic winter offers we have at Sunset Beach Club, which start at an incredible 35€ per person per night including breakfast! (Based on 2 people sharing). No wonder our guests stay longer!
During the winter months, from November to March, most activities are aimed at the Over 50's. Our animation team organise fun activities throughout the day including, darts, stretching, yoga, aerobics, dancing, petanque and cookery classes.

Christmas and New Year : we pull out all the stops to celebrate this special time of year, including a full animation programme, Christmas Day celebrations and New Years Eve Gala Dinners.
Valentine's Day : Treat your loved one to a romantic break at Sunset Beach Club, and enjoy our special Valentines Dinner the Oasis Restaurant, and maybe even a stay in one of our Honeymoon Suites!
St. Patrick's Day : We are an Irish owned hotel, so we always celebrate our National Day with some great craic!
