Chicken Kiev - Looks delicious doesn't it?

Our Head Chef and his fantastic team have recently introduced a new addition to the – already ample – evening dining options in the Oasis Restaurant: A Homemade Dish of the Day!

Every evening, guests who choose to dine in the Oasis Restaurant will have the option to try a delicious homemade dish of the day. Feedback from guests has been very positive and the kitchen team will be constantly tweaking the options available. The dishes are very reasonably prices between €10 and €12 for a main course and between €13 and €15 if you wish to add the soup of the day as a started. At the moment, the mouth watering dishes available (one each evening) are the following:

Beef Bourguignon
Made with bacon lardons, french glazed onions and mushrooms in as red wine sauce accompanied with dauphinoise potatoes 
Grilled Pork Fillet
Grilled and served in a delicious mushroom sauce and accompanied with dauphinoise potatoes and winter vegetables
Chicken Pie
Chicken and mushroom pie topped with a puff pastry and served with fries 
Irish Lamb Stew
Tender pieces of shoulder of lamb cooked with vegetables in a Guinness beer sauce. Served with steamed potatoes and winter vegetables 
Salmon en Croute
Supreme of salmon in pastry served in a sherry sauce with dauphinoise potatoes
Roast Beef
Roasted beef sirloin with gravy, Yorkshire pudding, roasted potatoes and winter vegetables
Roasted Chicken with Bacon
Juicy half roasted chicken with a rich gravy and bread sauce, served with chipolatas, roasted potatoes and winter vegetables 
Chicken Kiev
Served with dauphinoise potatoes, grilled tomato and mushy peas
