With just a couple of weeks to go until Christmas, Benalmádena is getting into the Christmas spirit by celebrating the 16th edition of the International Christmas Festival.

On the 28th, 29th and 30th November, you can visit Plaza Mezquita from 12:00h to midnight and enjoy the festive customs, musical shows, exquisite gastronomy and typical products and crafts from all the participating countries.
This 3-day celebration allows visitors and locals to celebrate the most international of Christmases, with more than ten participating countries this year. You’ll experience the cultural diversity and Christmas spirit from all parts of the globe by simply visiting Plaza Adolfo Suarez during the Festival.
Each year the International Christmas Festival has grown in popularity, so much so that what was originally a one-day event has been extended to three days full of festive fun!
The following are some of the countries participating in this year’s event: Colombia, Germany, Ecuador, Argentina, Chile, Cuba, Morocco, Peru, USA, Ukraine and Venezuela.
There are lots of shows and acts planned throughout the weekend including a visit from Santa Claus on Sunday 30th November from 12:00h to 14:00h. See the table below for the complete 3-day programme.
