Rockin Race Jamboree Torremolinos 2015Next weekend (5th, 6th, 7th & 8th February) Torremolinos will host the 21st edition of it’s famous Rockin’ Race Jamboree Festival, four crazy days where the culture and music of the 50’s are the stars of the show.

After twenty successful years, the festival returns next week with an impressive line-up of high level artists who are being flown in from all over the world to perform exclusively at this event. If you want to see any of these bands play live, the Rockin’ Race Jamboree is the only place you’ll be able to do so!

The festival takes place in the emblematic ‘Palacio de Congresos y Exposiciones de Torremolinos’ (Torremolinos Exhibition Centre) and will also feature a daily market dedicated to 50’s retro culture. Visitors will be able to buy all sorts of articles and memorabilia such as vinyl records, clothes and complements.

Thanks to the originality of the event, the Rockin’ Race Jamboree receives ample coverage in the press, coverage that serves as the perfect publicity vehicle to promote the event, Torremolinos and the Costa del Sol in general. Last year the festival was featured on the front cover of the Sur Newspaper and also appeared in articles and adverts in major national publications including El Pais Semanal, Revista Quo, Ruta 66 and Canal Sur. The result of all this publicity? More than 3000 people attended the 2014 edition of the festival!
